Michael Little is the Managing Director of Built Ink and Architectural Designer who has over 22 years of experience in the residential, commercial and industrial design and construction industry. He has won multiple awards for his designs and been the recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award in 2008.

Mike views construction differently with a focus on driving innovation and change within in the industry to help boost the economy of Australia. He is a member of the Master Builders Association, The Property Council of Australia and the Building Designer Association.

Paul is Built Ink’s registered Builder (13689) and is passionate about the construction process and ensures every Built Ink project is ‘Built Right’. Immersed in the industry since 1998, Paul is a true building professional, having led some of our biggest achievements in the commercial and residential sector. With an exceptional eye for detail; Paul oversees all Built Ink constructions.

Antony has over 10 years experience and holds a Diploma of Project Management, Diploma of Business and a Diploma of Building Design & Technology. 

Antony has been involved in most aspects of residential & commercial construction process including, estimation, client liaison, construction programme development, scheduling, contracts admin and management, accounts, maintenance co-ordination. His strengths lie in his organisational skills, cost planning, budgeting and forecast control.

Erling joined Built Ink in 2011 and holds a Diploma in Building Design and since commencing has been an integral part of the Built Ink team. Responsible for all levels of design and documentation; Erling’s strengths lie in the management of various consultants and authorities in order to achieve approvals on time. Experienced in all areas of commercial and residential design; Erling embraces innovation and challenges the norm.

Otto Muriale Otto is an experienced Estimator, Contract Administrator and Project Manager who’s a Registered Builder and Civil Engineer. Otto also holds a unrestricted Quarry Managers certificate of competency and is a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying.  With a strong background in D&C projects, he has worked for some great companies such as Ahrens, Thomas Building company & Quarry Industries. Otto has a strong understanding of commercial building in local and regional areas throughout the Pilbara.

Chrissy assists Built Ink in all areas; from coordination of sub-contractors and credit agreements, to trades and suppliers, Chrissy keeps the office cogs turning seamlessly. Proficient in BEAMS, Chrissy manages payments to and from suppliers and creditors.
